Job summary

Leidos in Maryland is seeking a System Integration Test Manager for the GSM-O II contract at DISA to lead testing of ServiceNow implementations and drive automation strategies.

You will work in an Agile environment, ensuring quality software through ATFs, CI tools, and collaboration with stakeholders across the program. On-site presence at Fort Meade is required, with a DoD Secret clearance and Security+ certification within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Security+ or equivalent certification within 14 days of hire.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• On-site support at Fort Meade, MD (and other locations) as needed.
• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience or Master's with 10–13 years.
• Experience with ServiceNow automation testing and ATFs.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI tools, and source control.
• Experience in Agile development and testing methodologies.
• Ability to mentor junior testers.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing in Agile Scrum environment for ServiceNow implementations.
• Create and maintain automated tests using ServiceNow ATFs.
• Establish automated regression testing to improve reliability and reduce risk.
• Translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Document test results, anomalies, and configuration changes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and software configuration management.
• Mentor junior testers and participate in sprint planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of digital transformation solutions.
