Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Application Delivery Lead to drive solution design, configuration, and implementation for the Distribution Management technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine modules preferred.
• CSA/CAD/CIS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions and custom applications.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce architectural best practices.
• Integrations: Design and oversee complex integrations with external enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM) utilizing REST/ MID Server, and Integration Hub etc.
• Platform Governance: Monitor system performance, security, and data quality while managing platform patching, upgrades, and module rollouts.
• Module Expertise: Oversee implementation across various modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, Legal, CSM, App Engine) based on organizational needs.
