We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States.

ServiceNow Technical Lead (ITSM & CMDB)

NTT DATA is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant who is passionate about ServiceNow and eager to learn and grow with the platform daily. This role offers direct access to accomplished professionals within the ServiceNow ecosystem and opportunities to work on diverse implementations, integrations, and upgrades with clients of various sizes, including top enterprise companies.   4. Contribute to multiple Agile engagements using NTT's methodologies and tools.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • 10+ years of ITSM experience.
  • 5+ years of CMDB experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in areas such as ITBM, SPM, WSD, HSRD, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, or Service Portal.

Minimum / Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • 10+ years of ITSM experience.
  • 5+ years of CMDB experience.
