Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead (ITAM)

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas, US.

About the Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will work on diverse implementations, integrations, and upgrades, collaborating with top enterprise clients. This role offers growth opportunities through tailored training and development.

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • 10+ years of ITSM experience.
  • 5+ years of ITAM experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in areas like ITBM, SPM, WSD, HSRD, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, or Service Portal.
