We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

ServiceNow Technical Lead (ITOM)

NTT DATA is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant who is passionate about ServiceNow and eager to learn and grow with the platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse implementations, integrations, and upgrades with clients of various sizes, including top enterprise companies. Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • 10+ years of ITSM experience.
  • 7+ years of ITOM experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in areas like ITBM, SPM, WSD, HSRD, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, Service Portal, etc.

Minimum / Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • 10+ years of ITSM experience.
  • 7+ years of ITOM experience.
