- Proficiency in AngularJS and Angular Directives.
- Knowledge of JQuery and DOM manipulation.
- Understanding the difference between Server and Client Scripts in ServiceNow.
- Best practices for writing efficient Glide Queries.
- Experience with debugging tactics for testing code on both Server and Client sides.
- Knowledge of Service Portal, creating widgets and pages.
- Understanding of Angular Modules.
- Ability to write practical, reusable code efficiently.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap and HTML.

Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Build and customize the IT Service Desk Service Operations Workspace.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings.
- Create complex queries to extract data into Service Operations Workspace.
- Utilize APIs for efficient query writing and interface design in Service Operations Workspace.
- Create custom tables, attributes, ACLs, roles, business logic, and use scoped app development for enhancements.
- Design complex flows using Flow Designer.
- Navigate the ServiceNow platform and system administration principles.
- Collaborate with product management and Level 1 operations to improve the support experience with Service Operations Workspace.
- Use App Repository and Update Sets to migrate changes following U.S. Bank best practices.
- Outline future development features in design review documents, explaining table relationships in scoped app setups.
