Job description

Sigital is seeking an experienced ServiceNow technical consultant with a solid foundation and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to join our team. This is a hands-on role capable of leading technical advisement and development to ensure customer engagements are successfully delivered. The consultant will have the ability to guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Be a member of the overall implementation project team.
  2. Drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes. Identify solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective during workshops with key client sponsors and stakeholders, generating the required outputs to the level required for the subsequent stages of the engagement.
  3. Identify areas of business process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommend solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks.
  4. Communicate with your team and client business process and requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions meet client expectations.
  5. Provide guidance and deliver successful implementation of the to-be processes in partnership with other members of the project team, including industry partners working as part of the same project team.
  6. Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their associated processes.
  7. Serve as a liaison between client and technical implementation team.
  8. Ensure process-related deliverables to clients are complete, consistent, high quality, and timely, delivering valued outcomes.
  9. Collaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment, and maintenance of process best practices and standards.
  10. Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
Qualifications
  1. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of technical experience as a ServiceNow technical consultant as well as demonstrable experience with successfully delivering customer development initiatives. Proven consulting experience leading the analysis and documentation of as-is processes and the definition and deployment of to-be processes and solutions in client environments.
  2. ServiceNow Certifications Requirements:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Developer is preferred but not required.
  • Another CIS is preferred but not required.
  • (2) ServiceNow Micro Certifications is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during the Managed Service contract term.
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology, including the creation of user stories.
  • Understanding of JavaScript and HTML.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats for an implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, client-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
  • Proven team player and team builder.
