Support Abbott’s Diagnostic Division (ADD) customers and field personnel as the primary contact for high-complexity instruments, including onsite installation, training, troubleshooting, and documentation. Lead multi-site integrations, manage customer expectations, and ensure compliance with regulatory and validation requirements. Provide technical support via phone and onsite, deliver training, and contribute to process improvements. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on complex processes, influence customer purchase decisions, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Follow safety and quality policies and document all activities accurately.
