Job summary

NTT DATA Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations in a remote-capable role based in Plano, Texas. The candidate will oversee design and delivery of CSM solutions and manage end-to-end integrations with CRM and ERP systems.

The role requires 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, 4+ years in CSM, and CIS CSM certification. Strong JavaScript, API, and DevOps skills are essential for success in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow and 4+ years of CSM experience.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.
• Provide strong hands-on expertise across CSM modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycle, and customer workflows.
• Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRM systems, ERP platforms, financial systems, and external applications.
• Oversee interoperability and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) mapped to ITIL standards.

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
