Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead complex ServiceNow implementations for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more. This remote role supports customers across the United States from a Texas base.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years' hands-on ServiceNow development and administration, strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP integration, and ability to mentor junior staff while guiding pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments. - 2+ Years

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices and maintain platform integrity.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. Certifications (Required/Preferred)

• Required:

• Senior - CAS and at least 3 CIS(Any) and CAD

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is [80 - 90 W2 hourly range]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally‑required benefits.
