NTT DATA Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead complex ServiceNow implementations and drive digital transformation across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.

You will architect scalable solutions, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape scope and delivery. The role emphasizes technical leadership, integration expertise with REST/SOAP APIs, and adherence to security standards while supporting pre-sales activities and ongoing platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments - 2+ years.

• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, demos, and proposal development.

About the Role:

Required Qualifications:

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

Required:

• Junior CSA and at least 1 CIS-(any) and CAD
• Intermediate CSA and at least 2 CIS-(any) and CAD
• Senior CAS and at least 3 CIS(Any) and CAD

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $100-$127/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
