Job summary

Everforth GlideFast is seeking an experienced Architect for end‑to‑end ServiceNow architecture and delivery assurance. The role collaborates with client teams, providing strategic guidance and leveraging consulting skills to align solutions with business needs.

Location is Remote (USA) with full-time employment status. The ideal candidate has CSA certification and strong ServiceNow architectural experience, including security operations and risk management modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT related experience.
• 4+ years working on ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years architecting SECOPS and/or IRM projects for customers.
• Consulting experience required.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, UI scripts.
• Lead development effort of solutions in SECOPS/IRM and related modules.
• Custom Application Development (Scoped Applications).
• Create overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations that align with customer business requirements.
• Attend requirements review and validation sessions as required.
• Deliver measurable, positive results within the client and team timelines.

Job description

As an Architect with Everforth GlideFast, you will be responsible for the overall architectural design and delivery assurance of ServiceNow solution. This role requires in-depth expertise in the ServiceNow platform and a strong understanding of GlideFast’s broader portfolio of services and products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the internal project team, offering strategic guidance to both the customer and project team, and leverage your consulting skills to create solutions that align with customer business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, data policies, UI scripts
• Lead development effort of solutions in the following specialization: SECOPS and/or IRM and any additional modules that fall within the Architect’s area of expertise
• Custom Application Development (Scoped Applications)
• Create overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations that align with customer business requirements
• Attend requirements review and validation sessions as required
• Deliver measurable, positive results within the client and team’s timeline resulting in positive feedback from clients
• Build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset
• Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies and methodologies
• Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions
• Provide technical best practices, architecture and code review
• Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving.
• Remain innovative, creative, self-directed…a great leader and team player with a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks
• Utilize strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Maintain current certifications, keep up to date on all Delta releases

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Application Developer; Implementation Specialist are a plus
• Consulting experience required
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Experience leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience delegating work to subordinate or less experienced team members

The starting pay range for this role is $155,000.00 - $205,000.00 + Bonus. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
