Job summary

GlideFast Consulting, a remote US-based services provider, seeks a Technical Architect with deep ServiceNow HRSD expertise to drive architectural design and delivery assurance. You will craft technical approaches with Business Process Consultants, lead custom development, and maintain best practices across projects.

The role requires 5+ years IT experience, 4+ years on ServiceNow, and CSA certification, with a focus on HRSD projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT related experience.
• 4+ years working on ServiceNow platform.
• 1+ years architecting HRSD projects for customers.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, UI scripts
• Lead development effort of solutions in the following specialization: HRSD and any additional modules that fall within the Architect's area of expertise
• Custom Application Development (Scoped Applications)
• Create overall technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations that align with customer business requirements
• Attend requirements review and validation sessions as required
• Deliver measurable, positive results within the client and team’s timeline resulting in positive feedback from clients
• Build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset
• Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies and methodologies
• Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions
• Provide technical best practices, architecture and code review
• Remain innovative, creative, self-directed a great leader and team player with a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks
• Utilize strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Maintain current certifications, keep up to date on all Delta releases

Job description

The Technical Architect will be responsible for overall architectural design and delivery assurance. GlideFast's Architects have broad technical and process knowledge across a wide portfolio of GlideFast's services and products. They work closely with the Business Process Consultant to create Stories by crafting the technical approach for each. The Architect will be crucial in providing administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

Location: Remote (USA)

Employment Status: Full-time and Perm

Qualifications

• CSA Certification
• ServiceNow Application Developer; Implementation Specialist are a plus
• Consulting experience required
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Experience leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience delegating work to subordinate or less experienced team members

The starting pay range for this role is $150,000.00 - $195,000.00 + Bonus. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
