What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop ServiceNow IT Asset Management architecture, including Hardware and Software Asset Management
- Integrate with various systems such as Tanium, SCCM, Jamf, and Micro Focus for software inventory
- Troubleshoot HAM issues, including normalization, entitlements, metrics, allocations, and CSDM-aligned foundation data
- Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements, and educate customers on best practices
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, HAM, SAM, and custom applications
- Proven ability to develop technical design documents from business requirements
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API
- Led at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a Solution Architect/Lead Consultant

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (HAM/SAM preferred)
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
