Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Technical Analyst - ServiceNow to support platform upgrades, migrations, and enhancements within a leading IT services organization.

You will work with ServiceNow administrators, developers, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to drive change and improve the platform. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, process documentation, testing coordination, and accurate status reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar IT role.
• Prior ServiceNow experience and familiarity with platform navigation, modules, workflows, tickets, reporting, or configuration.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience communicating with multiple levels of IT management, including directors and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support ServiceNow version migration through requirements gathering, documentation, testing coordination, and rollout readiness.
• Track project changes, risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, integrations, and requirements.
• Coordinate with external consultants, ServiceNow administrators/developers, IT leadership, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting notes, migration trackers, and leadership updates.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, change reviews, and defect tracking.
