Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and technical lead experience
• Proven track record building custom apps, workflows, and complex API/MID Server integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts from the front—code reviews and architecture best practices
• Mentor junior developers and drive clean, scalable custom applications
• Build seamless integrations across enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment to translate complex business needs into ServiceNow capabilities
