Seneca Resources invites a qualified ServiceNow Systems Administrator for an on-site role in San Angelo, TX. You will manage DEV/TEST/PROD environments and drive CAC-based authentication migration to strengthen DoD cybersecurity operations.

The position emphasizes scripting proficiency (JavaScript, GlideScript) and experience with ITSM/ITAM/WSD, Performance Analytics reporting, and cross-team collaboration. Top Secret/SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ongoing maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator managing DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and configuring ITSM, ITAM, and WSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize ServiceNow environments (DEV/TEST/PROD).
• Migrate authentication from username/password to CAC (CAC integration).
• Configure workflows and customize modules; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure security compliance.
