Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize critical ServiceNow platforms supporting DoD and Air Force cybersecurity operations. You will manage multiple environments (DEV, TEST, PROD) and drive CAC-based authentication, ensuring compliance with security policies.

The ideal candidate has strong scripting skills, experience with system cloning and backups, and detailed knowledge of DoD cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator
• Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance with active maintenance
• Strong scripting skills and DoD cybersecurity standards knowledge

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize ServiceNow platforms across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
• Manage authentication migration from username/password to CAC
• Configure workflows, customize modules, monitor performance and troubleshoot
• Develop reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics
• Lead migration of IL-4 ServiceNow to CAC authentication with cybersecurity teams

Position Description:

Join a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize critical ServiceNow platforms supporting DoD and Air Force cybersecurity operations. This role involves managing multiple environments (DEV, TEST, PROD), transitioning authentication from username/password to Common Access Card (CAC), and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will be responsible for configuring workflows, customizing modules, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and developing reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Additionally, you will lead efforts to migrate the ServiceNow IL-4 instance to CAC authentication, collaborating with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and security compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong scripting skills, experience with system cloning, backup procedures, and detailed knowledge of DoD cybersecurity standards.

Top Requirements:

• Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance with active maintenance
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator managing DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
