Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ongoing maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator managing DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and configuring ITSM, ITAM, and WSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize ServiceNow environments (DEV/TEST/PROD).
• Migrate authentication from username/password to CAC (CAC integration).
• Configure workflows and customize modules; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

Position Description

Join a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize critical ServiceNow platforms supporting DoD and Air Force cybersecurity operations. This role involves managing multiple environments (DEV, TEST, PROD), transitioning authentication from username/password to Common Access Card (CAC), and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will be responsible for configuring workflows, customizing modules, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and developing reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Additionally, you will lead efforts to migrate the ServiceNow IL-4 instance to CAC authentication, collaborating with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and security compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong scripting skills, experience with system cloning, backup procedures, and detailed knowledge of DoD cybersecurity standards.
