Job summary

Uline is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform across North America, ensuring reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities include configuring applications, troubleshooting incidents, upgrading systems, and building dashboards to improve service performance and visibility.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IT, CS A preferred, 2+ years EUC experience, ITIL knowledge, JavaScript, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
• 2+ years of EUC administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
