Job summary

Ovation Healthcare is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to lead advanced administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures platform stability, manages complex integrations, supports advanced workflows, and drives enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

You will collaborate with IT leadership, ensure compliance with ITIL and HIPAA considerations, mentor junior administrators, and deliver dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture.
• ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist Certifications.
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions.
• Must have access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities.
• A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions, no use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN, and compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
