Acumenz Consulting Inc. is seeking 3–4 experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) consultants to deliver hands-on implementations, configurations, and ongoing support of SPM within the ServiceNow platform.

• Configure, implement, and enhance ServiceNow SPM.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Support Demand Management, Project/Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, and financial planning.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and related SPM functionality.
• Troubleshoot SPM issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Recommend ServiceNow SPM best practices and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and enhance ServiceNow SPM
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
• Support areas such as Demand Management, Project/Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Strategic Planning, and financial planning
• Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and related SPM functionality
• Troubleshoot SPM issues and provide ongoing production supportParticipate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and enhancements
• Recommend ServiceNow SPM best practices and process improvements

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on ServiceNow SPM experience
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM configuration and implementation
• Knowledge of Demand, Project/Portfolio, Resource, and Strategic Planning processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/configuration solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
• Experience working with both technical and business teams

Preferred

• ServiceNow CIS‑SPM certification preferred
• ServiceNow implementation experience in enterprise environments
• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CSA are a plus
