Job summary

dBestWorkz LLC is seeking aSource-to-Pay Operations (S2P) expert for a customer-facing Solution Architect/Consultant role in Santa Clara, CA, with Remote option. The candidate should have deep S2P domain knowledge and hands-on ServiceNow S2P Operations product experience, including implementation, configuration, administration, or support.

Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 8 years in a customer facing role as a Solution Architect, Technical/Process Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or related role.
• 5 years of experience managing executive business stakeholders in a customer organization, preferred.
• 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a technical capacity (developer, solution architect, technical consultant).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Playbooks, Process Automation Designer, and Integration Hub preferred.
• 2 years of experience with Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes or technology preferred.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations products strongly preferred.

• Hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Operations product.

Candidates who have worked only on custom procurement workflows or implementations on the ServiceNow platform, without direct experience on the ServiceNow S2P Operations product, may not be a fit. Please prioritize profiles with a combination of:

• Procurement/S2P functional knowledge.
• Direct ServiceNow S2P Operations product experience (implementation, configuration, administration, or support).
