Deloitte seeks a Delivery Senior Consultant, Software Engineering Solutions, for its GPS Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. You will support ServiceNow implementations across ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and Security Operations, working with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to capture requirements and deliver robust configurations.

The role is within the Deloitte US Delivery Center, offering a hybrid work model with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance.
• Hybrid work model; reside within commutable distance to US Delivery Center locations.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in client-facing roles.
• 2+ years gathering requirements, workshops, and producing functional docs.
• 2+ years configuring ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM/IRM/SO/TPRM and related modules.

Responsabilités

• Support requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture, validate, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Analyze processes, controls, and tools for ServiceNow configuration and automation across ITOM, ITAM, IRM, Security Ops, TPRM, and AI Control Tower use cases.
• Contribute to functional design and configuration of ServiceNow solutions (forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, dashboards, reports, roles, access controls).
• Document data models, taxonomies, workflows, controls, and reporting requirements for cyber, risk, and AI governance use cases.
• Produce project artifacts: requirements docs, functional designs, test scenarios, training materials, release notes, deployment materials.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to support demos, UAT, defect triage, training, cutover, and adoption.
