Job summary

SDI Presence LLC seeks a hands-on ServiceNow Technical & Business Process Consultant to work with business and tech stakeholders across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery to production support. You will configure, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions, leveraging JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and API capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong ITOM/Discovery/CMDB/CSDM experience, HAM/SAM familiarity, and the ability to

Qualifications

Strong hands-on ServiceNow configuration, development, implementation, and troubleshooting experience.
Experience across ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
Onsite with the client 2–3 days per week.
Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, analytical, consulting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as hands-on ServiceNow consultant/developer for configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
Develop solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs.
Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers, integrations, Discovery.
Participate in the implementation lifecycle from discovery to production support.
Deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions using leading practices.
