- Solution Design: design and configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.
- Implementation Leadership: lead implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Post-Go-Live Support: support post-go-live enhancements and upgrades of medium to high complexity, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: help organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.
