Arrow Electronics is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform within a dedicated team in the Denver area. You’ll translate stakeholder needs into effective ServiceNow solutions, collaborate with developers, and drive testing and documentation efforts to ensure successful outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid arrangement with office days in Panorama Arrow Building and remote days, contributing to ITSM/ITOM modules, Service Portal, and related platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience eliciting requirements and designing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with tech and business stakeholders to define and document requirements for new ServiceNow processes.
• Work with ServiceNow development team to select effective solutions for defined requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories for the development team.
• Serve as Scrum Master as needed and support sprint planning.
• Create test scripts and coordinate UAT testing.
• Document procedures and manuals for developed systems.
• Mentor colleagues with less experience.
