Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Technical Product Manager for ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) to lead technical strategy, roadmap, and platform health across AP and Procurement. This role partners with Finance, Procurement, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant processes and drive transformation using ServiceNow capabilities.

You will guide prioritization, assess technical feasibility, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals, while championing efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in enterprise platform management, product management, or related technology roles.
Significant hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Experience supporting Source-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Finance Operations processes.
Working knowledge of SAP or another enterprise ERP platform.
Experience managing integrations between ERP platforms and ServiceNow solutions.
Understanding of data management concepts for reporting, analytics, reconciliation, and financial operations.
Experience with Agile development and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Technical Product Leader for ServiceNow S2P and translate operational requirements into scalable solutions.
Evaluate proposed business solutions for feasibility and platform alignment; identify risks and tradeoffs.
Lead design discussions and build consensus across Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
Backlog prioritization, estimation, and roadmap planning with delivery teams; participate in sprint activities.
Monitor platform health, integrations with ERP systems (SAP), and data quality; coordinate issue resolution.
Develop future roadmap priorities and investments for ServiceNow S2P within a Finance/Procurement ecosystem.
