Ecolab is seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Manager, ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) to serve as the technical product owner and strategic advisor for our ServiceNow-based Accounts Payable and Procurement solutions. This role will bridge business objectives and platform capabilities by partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant Source-to-Pay experiences. As the technical lead for ServiceNow S2P, you will help shape product strategy, evaluate technical solutions, guide roadmap prioritization, and ensure platform health across integrations, workflows, and user experiences. You will provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle while balancing business needs, platform capabilities, long-term maintainability, and operational excellence. Reporting to the leader of Technical Product Ownership within the ServiceNow Platform Organization, this role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to influence the future of AP automation, supplier engagement, and Finance technology at Ecolab.

The base salary range for this position is $153,900.00 - $230,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
