Job summary

Alldus invites an experienced ServiceNow PSDS Technical Consultant to join our client in Washington DC for a 12-month contract. You will design, develop and integrate PSDS solutions within an Agile environment, delivering secure, scalable capabilities for the public sector.

You will leverage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder and App Engine Studio, delivering robust platform solutions with strong scripting, REST/SOAP integrations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience delivering complex technical solutions.
• Strong JavaScript skills across client-side and server-side scripting, including Client Scripts and Business Rules.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder and App Engine Studio.
• Proven ability to design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with APIs, MID Server and integration patterns.
• Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, ITIL and best practices; source control and update sets experience.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in Agile/Scrum environments with stakeholder engagement.
• Public Sector/Government PSDS experience is a plus; familiarity with IT security requirements is beneficial.
• Certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS are desirable; CTA would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet requirements.
• Deliver robust technical solutions in line with best practices and development standards.
• Leverage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, Service Portal and App Engine Studio for platform solutions.
• Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and ACLs.
• Design, implement and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
• Contribute to PSDS capabilities within ServiceNow and support agile delivery.
• Participate in technical discovery, requirements gathering and solution design workshops.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation including designs and deployment guides.
