Job summary

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages and web development basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for ServiceNow production instances with high availability.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in ServiceNow application flows and integrations.
• Install, upgrade, and manage APIs and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Monitor environments with observability tools and address anomalies proactively.
• Apply best practices to optimize performance and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support teams to implement enhancements.
• Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow code issues and provide effective solutions.
• Automate monitoring, maintenance, and operational tasks in ServiceNow.
• Develop and promote standard operating procedures for ServiceNow support.
• Gather requirements from customers and advise on best practices; participate in on-call rotation.
