About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OM (Order Management) Product Owner to lead the implementation of the Order Management module within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to shape product direction, define requirements, and manage the product backlog effectively throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner for the ServiceNow Order Management (OM) module.
• Facilitate and lead product discussions with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and development teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and business-aligned.
• Support testing and validation of features to ensure quality delivery.
• Communicate effectively across teams and with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner within a ServiceNow environment.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Order Management (OM) module.
• Experience managing product backlogs and working in agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be located in Europe and able to work remotely.
• Background or experience in ordering processes or systems.
• ServiceNow or agile-related certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).
