Job summary

Digital Realty in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Analyst to own privacy workflows (DSRs/DSARs, DPIAs, DPIA/PIA), data processing records, and privacy operations across our global business. Collaborate with Legal, Security, IT, and stakeholders to ensure workflow integrity, reporting accuracy, and SLA adherence.

The role emphasizes operational oversight, dashboards, and continuous improvement for GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA timelines, with training and knowledge-base content for end users.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow-based case management and privacy ops experience.
• IAPP CIPM designation within 18 months of hire preferred.
• Hands-on ServiceNow (Privacy, IRM/GRC, Case/CSM) expertise with SLAs and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and build executive dashboards.
• Working knowledge of GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA obligations.
• Attention to detail with disciplined process and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate across Legal, Security, IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience with DPIA/PIA, ROPA, vendor risk, or breach triage.
• Familiarity with SCCs/TIAs tracking and audit evidence management.
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow workflow administration.
• SQL/Excel/Power BI for ad-hoc analytics.
• Certifications (CIPM/CIPP/E/CIPT/ServiceNow) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end privacy tickets in ServiceNow to meet SLAs.
• Triaging, assigning, and QA of cases before closure.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor SLA performance, backlog, and aging metrics; lead reviews.
• Produce monthly operational reporting with trend analysis and root-cause findings.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow admins on workflow enhancements and automations.
• Maintain data taxonomy, picklists, and documentation standards.
• Support GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA timelines and documentation.
• Assist with incident intake and evidence collection with Legal/Security.
• Provide training and knowledge-base content to stakeholders.
