Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow Analyst to optimize privacy operations across the organization. You will own day-to-day privacy workflow oversight in ServiceNow and related tools, ensuring data quality, timely responses, and defensible outcomes.

You will partner with Legal, Security, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain accurate reporting, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement in privacy intake, DSARs, DPIAs, and ROPA processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years with ServiceNow-based case management and privacy operations.
• IAPP CIPM designation or progress toward it within 18 months of hire.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience (Privacy, IRM/GRC, Case or CSM modules) including queues, SLAs and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics, analyze trends, and build executive dashboards.
• Working knowledge of GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA obligations.
• Attention to detail with solid process discipline and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with DPIA/PIA workflows, ROPA, vendor risk assessments, or breach triage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end privacy tickets in ServiceNow to meet SLAs.
• Triager, assign, escalate, and quality-check cases before closure.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
• Monitor SLA performance, queue health, and aging metrics; lead backlog reviews.
• Produce monthly operational reports with trend analysis and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow admins on workflow enhancements and automations.
• Maintain data taxonomy, picklists, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Support GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA timelines and documentation.
• Assist with incident intake and evidence collection with Legal and Security.
• Provide training and knowledge base content to teams.
