Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow Analyst to oversee privacy workflows, ensure SLA attainment, and deliver defensible outcomes across global operations. You’ll partner with Legal, Security, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain workflow integrity and accurate reporting.

You will manage privacy intake, DSAR/DPIA workflows, and records of processing, while driving improvements in automation, data taxonomy, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in ServiceNow-based case management and privacy operations.
• IAPP CIPM designation within 18 months of hire is preferred.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience including queues, SLAs, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of privacy tickets in ServiceNow to meet SLAs.
• Triaging, assigning, escalating, and quality-checking cases prior to closure.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
• Monitor SLA performance, queue health, aging metrics, and backlog reviews.
• Produce monthly operational reporting with trend analysis and root-cause findings.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow admins on workflow enhancements and notifications.
• Maintain data taxonomy, picklists, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Support GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA timelines and documentation requirements.
• Assist with incident intake and coordination with Legal and Security teams.
• Provide training and knowledge base content to enable stakeholders.
