Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a detail-driven ServiceNow Analyst for Privacy & Compliance to oversee day-to-day privacy workflows and ensure defensible outcomes across our global business. You will own end-to-end privacy ticket handling, maintain dashboards, and collaborate with Legal, Security, IT, and stakeholders to uphold workflow integrity and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow-based case management environments, and privacy operations experience.
• Ability to pursue IAPP CIPM designation within 18 months of hire.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including queues, SLAs, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define metrics and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA obligations.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of privacy tickets in ServiceNow to meet SLAs.
• Triaging, assigning, escalating, and quality-checking cases prior to closure.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports for visibility.
• Monitor SLA performance, queue health, and aging metrics; lead backlog reviews.
• Produce monthly operational reporting with trend analysis and root-cause findings.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow admins on workflow enhancements and automations.
• Maintain data taxonomy, picklists, and documentation standards.
• Support GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA timelines and documentation requirements.
• Assist with incident intake and coordination with Legal/Security teams.
• Provide training and knowledge base content to stakeholders.
