Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently yet as a team.
• Comfortable with JavaScript basics and simple code snippets.
• Courses or projects in web development, low-code/no-code, or BPM.

Responsibilities

• Gain access to development and test environments, docs, and collaboration tools.
• Learn ServiceNow concepts and core applications used by the platform.
• Complete beginner-friendly training and shadow team members.
• Shadow daily admin and support activities and learn workflows.
• Support testing of catalog items, workflows, and UI changes.
• Assist with governance documentation and change processes.
