Responsibilities

Gain access to development and test environments, documentation, and collaboration tools.
Learn ServiceNow basics and core platform concepts.
Shadow team members and observe daily admin activities.
Support testing of catalog items, workflows, and UI changes.
Document changes and contribute to governance practices.
