Job summary

Alldus in Manhattan, NY is partnering with a leading organisation to hire an experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager who will own the platform strategy, architecture, governance and engineering. This is a true platform leadership role, driving automation, improving platform maturity and leading technical teams and partners across enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives.

You’ll oversee platform strategy, integrations, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM and SAM, and build a high-performing team

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience in complex enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing ServiceNow platforms, teams, or programmes.
• Experience as ServiceNow Platform Owner, Platform Manager, Architect, or Practice Lead.
• Strong knowledge across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and integrations.
• Experience developing roadmaps, governance frameworks, architecture standards and release processes.
• Understanding of platform architecture, administration, security, and lifecycle management.
• Proven leadership in teams and with senior stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Provide technical leadership across platform architecture, administration, development, and lifecycle management.
• Lead platform upgrades, releases, performance optimization, and standards.
• Drive workflow automation and self-service initiatives.
• Govern integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise technologies including cloud, identity, HR, endpoint and infrastructure platforms.
• Own the CMDB strategy, data quality and governance, including Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Help advance HAM and SAM capabilities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing ServiceNow platform team.
• Manage external ServiceNow partners, consultants and implementation providers.
• Establish platform health, adoption, quality and value metrics for executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including automation and AI, and identify opportunities to increase business value.
