Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow IT modules and development on the platform.
• Strong JavaScript development experience on ServiceNow.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST, LDAP/AD, JDBC.
• Familiarity with Now Experience Framework and UI Builder.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and identify interfaces between components and subsystems.
• Recommend new code or reuse of existing code.
• May lead projects, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Suggest new technologies to meet business needs and resolve problems.
• Prepare project plans using project management tools.
• Review test results and document remedial actions.
• Provide technical advice for programming problems.
• Write/review system specifications, outputs, and flow charts.
• Ensure proper analysis to prevent rework and delays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
