Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a Director to lead the ServiceNow platform strategy and delivery, partnering with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to enable enterprise workflow automation.

The role drives architecture standards, governance, and program execution across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure solutions that support Ulta’s retail operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience across enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience or equivalent leadership of large-scale platforms.
• Experience establishing a Center of Excellence or enterprise platform operating model.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with standards.
• Drive governance, roadmap, risk, and financial stewardship for the ServiceNow program.
• Coordinate across vendors, partners, and business stakeholders to meet enterprise priorities.
• Own platform health, reliability, and operational readiness.
