Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer to design, configure, and extend ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions.

The ideal candidate will have shipped production ServiceNow work, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches, and write maintainable code that withstands upgrades and team turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field required.
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow CSA credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Configure and develop workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and integrations.
• Perform UI customization and platform extensions while keeping upgrade safety in mind.

• Hands‑on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM).
• Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller.
• Familiarity with App Engine Studio.
• Exposure to multi‑instance ServiceNow environments.
