Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and five years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user/group management, roles, ACLs.
• Configure apps, workflows, forms, and UI policies per best practices.
• Perform regular upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements.
• Develop integrations with external systems using APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Automate tasks using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes.
• Support ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge.
• Maintain the Service Catalog and CMDB data integrity.
