L&T Technology Services is seeking a skilled ServiceNow administrator in Omaha, NE to provide hands-on platform administration and user support. The role focuses on ITSM and FSM workflows, with emphasis on Health & Safety module configurations to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure platform reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and support.
• Experience with ITSM processes and solutions.
• Experience with FSM (Field Service Management).
• Knowledge of Health & Safety modules within ServiceNow.
