Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a ServiceNow Now Assist AI Agent / LLM Topic Developer to design, configure, and optimize AI agents, LLM topics, prompts, and conversational workflows. The role focuses on enhancing ITSM, HRSD, and CSM experiences by building AI agents, virtual agents, and copilots on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will design dialog flows, intents, and fallback handling, and improve chatbot performance through metrics such as containment rate and resolution rate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring LLM Topics, prompts, and guardrails.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and conversational AI design.
• Experience building AI agents, virtual agents, and copilots on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using ServiceNow AI Agent Studio.
• Configure LLM Topics, prompts, and guardrails for AI conversations.

• Define intents, dialog flows, and fallback handling to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Improve chatbot performance through metrics such as containment rate and resolution rate.
