Qualifications
- Must have college/university degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
- Service-now Developer certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical development and platform architecture for ServiceNow.
- Mentor ServiceNow team members and enforce best practices in agile delivery and code quality.
- Collaborate with campus stakeholders to design processes and communicate progress.
- Spearhead chatbot integration, advanced workflow automation, and onboarding of new ServiceNow modules.
- Design and optimize business processes leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
- Manage backlog and prioritize high-impact projects.
- Ensure governance, security, and platform strategy alignment.
