Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 5 additional years of Systems Administration experience.
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Administrator/Developer experience.
• Experience managing and upgrading self-hosted ServiceNow instances and related integrations.
• Familiarity with HTML, XML, and CSS for UI enhancements.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or higher required (e.g., CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ or SSCP).
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
• Create and optimize custom workflows and service requests.
• Develop views, reports, and integrations; automate processes with Orchestration.
• Perform testing for system, integration, and accessibility compliance.
• Document technical designs and train junior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure ServiceNow solutions.
