Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer in Springfield, VA to architect, implement, and advance enterprise capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The role combines hands-on development with leadership of a team of developers and collaboration with architects, engineers, and mission stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable digital workflows.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development
3+ years of ITSM development
Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI/CI poly

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform including scripts, rules, UI items, and workflows.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs.
Coordinate with AI initiatives to support predictive operations and intelligent service management.
Mentor junior developers and provide accurate technical estimates.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to product roadmap planning.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and governance standards.
