Job summary

Quevera-LLC seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support mission-critical programs in Fort Meade, MD. You will design architecture, administer and enhance self-hosted ServiceNow, and implement workflows, integrations, and automation in a secure, hybrid cloud environment.

Ten years of Systems Administration experience and a Bachelor's degree are required, plus active TS/SCI with Polygraph and DoD 8570.01-M compliant certifications.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
  • Ten years of Systems Administration experience on similar programs.
  • Two+ years as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or five additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • IAT Level II certification or higher per DoD 8570.01-M.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow.
  • Create custom workflows meeting business and technical needs.
  • Build service requests and develop views/reports.
  • Implement integrations and automation with ServiceNow Orchestration.
  • Conduct system, integration, and Section 508 testing.
  • Monitor health, usage, and compliance of applications.
  • Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

Job Description:

Quevera is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Fort Meade, Maryland.

In this role, you will join a highly skilled team responsible for designing architecture and developing solutions that support organizational needs within a secure, hybrid cloud environment. You will administer, maintain, and enhance self-hosted ServiceNow implementations while developing workflows, service requests, integrations, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
  • Create custom workflows to support organizational processes and requirements.
  • Build service requests that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Develop views and reports as needed.
  • Implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
  • Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.
  • Monitor application health, usage, and compliance.
  • Assess current ServiceNow usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Develop scripts to automate routine administrative and operational tasks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and organizational stakeholders to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Ten (10) years of Systems Administration experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) additional years of Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • An active IAT Level II certification or higher in compliance with DoD 8570.01-M, such as CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
  • Experience managing, configuring, troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining a self-hosted ServiceNow instance, including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications.
  • Familiarity with web-based user interface technologies, including HTML, XML, and CSS.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience reviewing processes and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.
  • AWS experience.
