Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of IT/software experience.
• 4+ years of IT/software development work experience, including at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow.
• Proven experience with IRM/GRC ServiceNow applications.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow integrations with other applications/platforms.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to refine requirements for development.
• Transform business requirements into robust technical specifications for software components.
• Build and deploy AI features for existing processes and new tools.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using best practices with manageable complexity.
• Create and modify tables, fields, business rules, UI policies, workflows and other elements.
• Design authentication, roles, and permissions integrated with IAM via LDAP sync.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST APIs.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and service portals.
• Perform testing including peer reviews, regression testing, and ATF work.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and change management activities.
